4. Payments and Credits

  • All services are prepaid. SMS credits must be purchased in advance.
  • Payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
  • Fraudulent use may lead to account suspension without refund.

5. Message Delivery

While we aim for high deliverability, Sarbatra SMS cannot guarantee 100% delivery due to third-party network factors.


6. Intellectual Property

All logos, designs, systems, and branding of Sarbatra SMS are owned by Sarbatra Inc. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.


7. Account Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate our terms, misuse the service, or engage in illegal or unethical activity.


8. Limitation of Liability

Sarbatra SMS is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages related to the use or failure of our services.


9. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.


10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Legal disputes shall be settled in the courts of Kathmandu.
